I don't tend to leave reviews but I really wanted to recommend these guys. Having major building work done badly is an experience no one wants. We had the opposite experience: Paul and his team did an excellent job. The standard of their work is very high. Their communication skills are very good, you can get hold of them straight away to address any issues. Bart also gave us great suggestions for design and finishes and took lots of the stress away by recommending and supplying items light bulbs, door handles etc. at no extra cost, saving us endless hours trawling the internet. The quality of workmanship on the joinery was faultless, and they worked long hours every day to get the work done as quickly as possible.

We worked with PM Building Ltd to convert our house into 2 flats. The work was divided into 3 phases which included developing the outside of the house. PM Building are a very easy building company to work with. The work schedule and costs were agreed and for the most part we were able to stick to the plan. This company is reliable, organised, and the finish of the work provided is very good. They are also very quick to put things right if there is a problem. PM Building are not the cheapest, but they are value for money if you want a high end finish. Bart joined the company half way through our job. He managed the work teams, sourced materials and ensured that we were happy.

We knew that PM Building is a very high standard building company as we have seen several projects that the company had been involved before. Being absolutely impressed by the top quality of their work,we have decided to go ahead with a total make over of the back of our house. This was an old extension that had a small kitchen on one side and a conservatory area on the other. The project involved the complete renovation of the two areas and took about six weeks to complete. It involved insulating walls, ceilings and floors as well putting new electrics, new plumbing, new flooring. The kitchen was planned and designed perfectly by PM Building and all the furniture crafted on measure in their workshop, so that our limited space was optimized at its best. The conservatory, which was an awful dead space before, has now turned into a functional study/reading area, overlooking the back garden. It is so nice to sit there and enjoy the new space; we are delighted. PM Building is, with no doubt, a company that we highly recommend to anyone who wants a high standard job together with friendliness, kindness and hard working staff. We have already recommended the company to two friends who had jobs done in their houses and are delighted.

PM Building epitomise what a modern day, professional building firm should aspire to be. Transparent pricing, a friendly team working 6, sometimes 7 days a week to get the job done quickly, an eye for detail and very high standard of final finish.
All comms and the overall work is run through Bart, who answers to phone, text or email quickly and frequently outside normal working hours. This is ideal if you work during the day and cannot be around to oversee things directly. We also got PM Building to make us a bespoke kitchen, again very high quality and millimetre perfect. If I had to find some negatives, they are not the cheapest company you could find, but there again you get what you pay for; also, we developed a few issues with some retaining walls in the garden, however, they returned when I contacted them long after the work had finished and fixed them!
All in all, an excellent, honest and professional company to deal with. I would, and have, recommended them to friends...nuff said.

Words can't describe how happy we are with the service PM Building have provided us - From start to finish they have been excellent in what they have done - Our kitchen was a small and horrible but PM Building have transformed it into a 5* kitchen with all the mod cons and even made it look and feel bigger - They gave 100% everyday and kept us in the loop with everything they did which made us feel part of the build which was very important to us. We can't wait to start on our project with them.

PM Building Ltd did a complete kitchen and dining area makeover with new bespoke designed furniture, new electrics, new plumbing, refurbishing of the floors and redecor. They are very professional, approachable, always ready to come round - even out of office hours. Price was competitive. The quality of the work was to a very high standard. All the workmen were very trustworthy and blended into the house routine as the job took nearly seven weeks. I am delighted with the work - it is beautiful. I would recommend him and the team 100%.

I had an extension and total refurbishment on my property. The quality of work was outstanding, but as Bart had been referred from a friend I already knew the quality of their work. The work was completed almost on time and just a little over-budget. Bart's strengths is that he will always keep you informed of what is going on every step of the way and he always answers his phone or messages regardless of it being during working hours or not. I have since recommended his firm to friends and family as I have every confidence in them.
